RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DOMESTIC:

We allow domestic returns/exchanges as long as they fall under our return/exchange guidelines. International customers please see below for more information.

You can create your return/exchange by contacting us at bayne.apparel.store@gmail.com

  • For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs.
  • For exchanges, the cost of the return label is covered, as well as shipping costs on the new item, as we offer free exchanges.
  • An item can be exchanged for any item available on our website at equal cost.
  • Please keep in mind that if you have more than one order to return or exchange, you’ll need to email our Returns Center at bayne.apparel.store@gmail.com, and make sure your order number and item or items are included in the email. You can then include all of your orders in one package as long as each order number and item or items are included in the email. Do not include orders or items not processed through our Returns Center in your package as they will NOT be processed. Please use the shipping label provided by our Returns Center for proper tracking to take place.
  • If the item(s) requested on your exchange order is out of stock by the time USPS, UPS scans your return package, we will automatically refund your order once we inspect your return package.
  • If the inventory is not available for an exchange request, we cannot send the original item back to the customer. No exceptions, we will refund you and you will need to reorder.

We only accept Return/Exchange items using the following guidelines:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of your order being shipped
  • Clothing tags must still be intact
  • Clothing must be returned in original product bags
  • Products cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
  • Products cannot have deodorant marks
  • Products cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.)
  • Products cannot have human or animal hair
  • Products cannot have snagging/pilling
  • Products cannot have abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc)
  • Products cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
  • Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
  • If your return package contains at least ONE item with biohazardous waste (bodily fluids, etc), our inspection team is required to cease inspection of the package immediately and deny the entire return, no exceptions. This is for the health and safety of our staff. The denied return package will be shipped back to the address we have on file.
  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • If you are outside of the United States, including Canada, we can only accept returns.

If the hangtag is detached from the item, please include the hangtag in the return package. If the hangtag is not included, the return will not be accepted.

INTERNATIONAL:

International duties/taxes will not be eligible for a refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges for international customers.

We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
